The sweet herbal nose follows a woody, forest-like ambience, with earthiness and fresh pine notes, complemented by hints of liquorice.
The palate experiences a delightful contrast, slightly more bitter than the nose, yet maintaining an approachable and easy essence reminiscent of yellow fruits.
The nose evokes proper lemon sherbet, entwined with
cut grass and juniper.
